Our practice takes pride in building meaningful purpose driven relationships with our clients. Life is a wonderful gift filled with an array of experiences. Apart of the reality of being human is that we cycle through various seasons and emotional states throughout our lives. Feeling sadness is just as natural as feeling happiness, feeling excited is just as relevant as feeling afraid. Feeling our feelings is what we’re meant to do. Have you been feeling stuck from a life event, feeling overwhelmed with your everyday life and responsibilities, or feeling like you need to do some internal work and address somethings that you’ve been avoiding?
We believe that providing services to our community is essential. Regardless of financial situations we want to provide services to those in need at an affordable fee. Although we are not in network with insurances, please reach out to us. We will work with you so that finances do not prevent you from obtaining services.
Our providers use different modalities specific to your circumstances.
What Our Customers are Saying
"I've always struggled with self-worth/-esteem/-confidence issues that led to a lot of anxiety, stress, and frustration, among other things. I found myself in a situation with a relationship that left me in a very confused and hurt state. Suffice it to say, it ended up being with an incredibly toxic person, and if I hadn't decided to meet with Melissa at Sanctuary Integrative Center (SIC) before shit hit the fan (I could tell things were starting to head in that direction, and knew I needed help getting my anxiety under control), I'm not sure what would have happened, but I know for sure it would not have been good.
Melissa helped me see things from an outside perspective and validate what I was feeling. She helped me identify emotions and what to do with them, to love myself for me instead of relying on someone else for validation. Perhaps most importantly, to take a step back and breathe. She is an incredibly kind person, and I am so thankful for the help she provided to me.
I would highly recommend anyone who has trouble with the issues I outlined in the beginning and/or has issues keeping their anxiety in check to reach out to her and give SIC a shot. Absolute worst case, you'll be in the same spot (I think that's so unlikely it's totally moot). Best case, you'll find yourself feeling better about yourself and life than ever. I think you'll be happily surprised." D.K. 2021-2022
"When I first started therapy, I felt a little nervous and anxious just to be there and start the process of working through everything. After the first few visits though I would land up feeling way more comfortable and less anxious to actually go to my appointments. It's been almost half of a year going and I have little to no anxiety, and I am feeling a million times better, even if I still have some anxiety now, I have the tools and knowledge to get myself through it pretty easily. I'm all around super thankful for it and everything it's done to help not only with my anxiety but with how I can help myself when I am anxious. " J.D. 2021-curently
"A year and a half ago, my life was practically a Greek tragedy. I was homeless, broke, alone, terrified, preyed on, unfairly judged, insecure, devastated and worst of all my voice had been silenced. I was in a new town and hadn’t had a therapist who’d come close to caring in over a decade, but I reluctantly decided to take a chance with Sanctuary Integrative Center, LLC. in October of 2020.
Was it worth my while? A few weeks ago, I got my key to a very nice two-bedroom apartment in Quakertown as I had been dreaming of for months. This is the first place of my own I’ve had in over a decade. I just financed my first car in years recently. The Greek Tragedy I mentioned? I have every confidence that will be in the rear-view mirror very soon. I simply do not have room to tell you everything I have because of these amazing people. They are there for me at all hours. They have given me the ability to have hope. They have renewed my faith that there really IS someone out there if I need help. They have given me a voice. They have given me my life back.
How fitting a name for this comforting shelter. They have truly given me Sanctuary.
There simply is no better." S.S 2020-currently
"I have been going to Melissa for a few months. She is amazing. From helping me navigate transitions in life to anxiety and depression, I feel comfortable talking to her. I have noticed a change in the last few months. Always flexible with scheduling and willing to be there." H.J. 2022-currently
